This page explains what data IndicatorFoundry LLC ("we") collects when you use our website or products (WeeklyMercader, Weeklift, FilePulse), and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email addresses you give us through a waitlist, sample-report, or trial signup form.
• Files you upload to a product (for example, a CSV for FilePulse, or a store connection for WeeklyMercader) so we can generate the report or dashboard you asked for.
• Basic site analytics (pages visited, general location by country) if analytics is enabled, to understand how people use this site.

How we use it

• Email addresses are used to send you the thing you asked for (a sample report, early access, trial access) and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Uploaded files are processed to generate your report or dashboard. For FilePulse specifically, files are processed in memory during your session and are not written to persistent storage or retained after processing, unless you explicitly save a configuration.
• We don't sell your email address or your data to third parties.

Third parties

We use standard infrastructure providers to run these products (for example, hosting and email-delivery services). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security terms; we don't hand your data to anyone beyond what's needed to run the product.

Your choices

• You can ask us to delete your email address or any data associated with your account at any time.
• You can stop using a product at any time; nothing is retained beyond what's described above.
